Confidentiality: I understand that Strategic Alliance Consulting will treat all information obtained during the assessment as confidential and will not disclose it to unauthorized individuals or entities. Reporting: I agree that the Consultant may provide a detailed report outlining the findings, vulnerabilities, and recommended actions to improve security.


I understand that the security assessment will be conducted over a specified period, and I reserve the right to terminate the assessment at any time. If I choose to terminate the assessment prematurely, I understand that Strategic Alliance Consulting will provide a report based on the work completed up to that point.


I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that this security assessment complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategic Alliance Consulting from any legal action or liability arising from the assessment.


This consent is valid from the date of signing and remains in effect for the duration of the security assessment, including any necessary follow-up activities.


We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.


By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
