(c) You understand that the effectiveness of the MDR services may be influenced by the security measures in place, the nature of your infrastructure, and the complexity of your environment.

DATA COLLECTION AND USE

(a) We may collect and analyze data and information from your systems and network, which may include, but is not limited to, logs, network traffic, and endpoint data.
(b) The data collected will be used for the purpose of providing MDR services, including threat detection, incident response, and analysis of security events.
(c) We will handle the data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
